🪷 Yoga & Wellness Sessions (Charges Apply)

To support your physical and mental balance, we offer:

  1. Daily Yoga Classes
  2. Relaxation Exercises
  3. Breathing Techniques (Pranayama)
  4. Mindfulness Workshops

These sessions are available at an additional cost and can be booked individually or as part of a wellness package. Prices vary based on duration and type of session.

We offer one-on-one counseling to help you explore your thoughts and emotions in a supportive, non-judgmental environment.

  1. Individual Counseling (60 minutes)
  2. Specialized sessions on stress, anxiety, or life guidance

All these services can be arranged at the centre for an extra fee.

Guidelines - For your kind attention

 

As our institution is a meditation and retreat centre, we will focus on your behavior and actions. Drinking alcohol and smoking is completely prohibited inside the premises. Our organization’s programs are scheduled according to a time table and he or she can participate in those programs as per their preference. But we expect your constant participation in these programs.
